At Edora The Label, we take great care in sourcing and describing each vintage item. As our pieces are pre-owned and one of a kind, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if an item arrives significantly not as described. This may include undisclosed major damage or faults not shown in photos or mentioned in the description.
Due to the vintage and one-off nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Sizing or fit issues

Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage condition

Colour differences due to screen lighting
Return Timeframe
If you believe your item is eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.
Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be:

In the same condition they were received

Unworn and unused after delivery

Sent back with original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a different condition.
Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
